Maths Tuition
Apart from running this site ExamSolutions and providing the video tutorials I provide private tuition.
Background
After leaving university I taught in a secondary school for 4 years. After this I left to set up my own business (Watford Maths Centre) teaching maths as a private tutor. I am based in Watford, Hertfordshire and have over 35 years teaching experience.
Qualifications: Degree in Maths BSc (Maths) Post Graduate Certificate in Maths Education (PGCE) Post Graduate Diploma in Statistics Education (Pg Dip Stats).
Lessons
All lessons are run from my home. I give homework after every lesson and send out a progress report after every four lessons detailing everything that I cover during a lesson and what has been covered at school or college. Payment is made after every four lessons. My main aim in teaching maths is to make what may seem to many to be a difficult and dull subject, one that will bring many rewards.
